Princesstarta

Princesstarta is a gorgeous Swedish cake comprised of delicate sponge layered with luxurious pastry and whipped cream, raspberry jam filling, and topped with marzipan. Recipe from the Great British Bakeoff, slightly modified from the traditional green domed with pink floral fondant. Hope you enjoy!
