It always feels a bit hectic moving back to campus every fall, but it’s all worth it to reunite with familiar faces especially these past couple days without the pressure of classes.
Today, I’m sharing with you this marvelously simple Chocolate Chip Cookie in a Cup. As a dedicate chocolate chip cookie lover, this is the next step to instant fulfilling of any CCC craving that might strike. Enjoy!

Chocolate Chip Cookie in a Cup
From No. 2 Pencil | Yield: 1 serving
Ingredients
1 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp brown sugar
3 drops vanilla
Pinch of salt
1 egg yolk
Scant 1/4 cup flour
2 heaping tbsp semisweet chocolate chips
Directions
Combine butter sugars, vanilla, and salt. Add yolk, then flour, then chocolate chips. Microwave 40 – 50 seconds, checking at 40 seconds. Enjoy!
